Dukes, Dukes, Keating and Faneca, P.A. was formed by William F. Dukes, managing
partner for Daniel, Coker, Horton and Dukes at Gulfport, Mississippi, from 1968 until 1980,
when Mr. Dukes, a retired FBI agent and graduate of the University of Mississippi School of
Law, withdrew and formed the firm that bears his name, joined by his son, Walter Dukes. In
1982, partner Hugh D. Keating joined the firm, followed by Cy Faneca in 1988. Phillip W.
Jarrell became a partner in 1995, followed by W. Edward Hatten, Jr. in 2000.
The firm currently consists of thirteen attorneys and has developed a widely diversified
practice, which includes Insurance Defense Litigation, Defense of Workers' Compensation
Claims (Federal and State), Commercial Transactions and Litigation, Real Estate Transactions
and Litigation, Corporations, Bankruptcy and Creditors Rights, Automobile Liability, Federal
